Minimum Square Footage Requirements
  • Ranch - 1,800 sq. ft.
  • Two-Story - 2,200 sq. ft.
  • 1-1/2 Story - 2,200 sq. ft.
  • Bi/Tri Level - Not permitted without specific approval

Exterior Materials
  • Siding:  Natural wood products, brick, stone, stucco/Dryvit, or premium grade vinyl pre-approved by Building Review Committee
  • Chimney:  Masonry or stucco
  • All garages must have side entrances
  • Minimum two-car attached garage
  • Driveways to be hard surface
  • Minimum of two 8' trees in front yard
  • Minimum of 2% construction budget to be utilized on landscaping, exclusive of decks, patios, sidewalks, retaining walls and grass.
  • Two crab apple trees are supplied by developer in front utility yard.

Architectural Approved Plans

  • Plan approved by Building Review Committee
  • Construction must begin within 12 months of purchase.
  • Structures shall be completed within nine months of construction.
